            EDTA chelated copper: Cu 15%, blue powder (water soluble 100%) is mainly used for agriculture trace elements. In a similar way, EDTA could also be added to some food as preservative or stablilizer to prevent catalytic oxidative decoloration, which is catalyzed by metal-ions.
